Booking & Pre-Arrival
Check-In & Emergency Preparedness
Our Nests offer self-check-in, with arrival instructions via email and emergency maps provided in each Nest. Exit routes are clearly marked and always kept free and clear; all exits are wider than 900 mm.
Mobility & Access
- Nest II and Nest III offer flat-level access; the Loft includes a compliant ramp (no side rail required by standard due to minor gradient); Nest I features a split-level configuration.
- External paths are surfaced with smooth, compact materials (concrete, asphalt, fine gravel), with widths over 900 mm.
Accommodation Features
Dining & Dietary Accommodation
- Menus are provided in Plain English on our website for our Dream Chef services.
- Our Dream Chef service accommodates a range of dietary requirements—including gluten-free, vegan, halal, low-sodium, nut-free, kosher, and more—with careful preparation to avoid cross-contamination.
