Last Minute Booking Policy

For Wedgetail Members:

Wedgetail Members receive a 10-day advance last minute special rate of 25% off the full base rate for 2 people. This discount can not be used in conjunction with other promotions. On all other premium dates more than 10-days in advance our members can login and receive a 5% discount.

For general users (non-Wedgetail Members):

Anyone can receive a 10-day advance last minute special rate 20% off the full base rate for 2 people. This discount can not be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Cancellation Policy

  • No changes in dates of arrival accepted.
  • A cancellation of more than 90 days notice prior to arrival date will incur a service charge of $150.
  • A cancellation of 31 days to 90 days prior to the date of arrival will incur 35% of full booking price.
  • A cancellation of 30-20 days prior to the date of arrival will incur 75% of the booking price.
  • A cancellation of less than 20 days prior to the date of arrival will incur 100% price of the booking. Non-arrival will incur full amount of the booking. This will be charged to your credit card.
  • Weddings & Elopements a minimum 50% non refundable deposit on any booking regardless of cancellation and then the same as above is applied for any cancelations of 30 days or less.

  • Voucher Cards Terms and Conditions

    • Gift vouchers purchased should be redeemed within 2 years and proof of Voucher number is required.
      Terms are printed on the gift voucher which is usually for 2pp or when specified for a $ value.
      Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash.
      Once a date has been booked using a Gift Voucher there is no cancellation or change of date possible.
      Gift vouchers can be transferred to other people upon request but not refunded for cash.
      Gift vouchers need to be redeemed in one booking.
      Additional guests and inclusions can be added to gift voucher stays at the time of booking.

Events & Photography Policy

Events and Outside Guests

Our properties are booked with privacy in mind. They are booked exclusively by guests and for the occupancy numbers on your booking ID. No external guests are permitted without prior arrangement and no parties or events are allowed unless arranged with management and a location fee may be required. 

Professional Photography

Any guest can snap photos, in fact we strongly encourage you to do so and capture the views and your memories. Please share these widely on your social media channels and tag us #eaglesnestretreat. 

If you would like to bring in a professional photographer to the site to capture family photos or a proposal or any other moment we require this to be done with prior arrangement with management and a location fee applies. We also can recommend some photographers we work with if you need some suggestions.
